Government Services IPT Honored as 2011 Helios HR Apollo Awards Finalist

Government Services Integrated Process Team (Government Services IPT) is proud to announce that it has been named a finalist for the 2011 Helios HR Apollo Awards, the premier awards program for recognizing employers in the Washington metropolitan region that invest in employee development initiatives. Government Services IPT is one of five finalists in the Small Companies category.

“This year’s finalists stand out as the D.C. region’s best in executing impactful human capital management programs,” said Kathy Albarado, President and CEO, Helios. “We congratulate Government Services IPT on being named a finalist and look forward to coming together in June to celebrate all the finalists.”

Government Services IPT was selected as a finalist by an independent panel for its support of employee development initiatives and its ability to communicate the overall impact of these programs. Specifically, Government Services Integrated Process Team was evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Employee onboarding process;
  • Opportunities for mentoring;
  • Innovative programs or opportunities to develop leadership skills through charitable community involvement; and
  • The impact of a program(s).
