Government Services IPT selected for PCAS services at Fort Gordon and Richard L. Roudebush Indianapolis VA Medical Center

USACE Louisville has awarded of Post Construction Award Services (PCAS) services for the Fort Gordon and the Richard L. Roudebush Indianapolis VA Medical Center Garage RFPs. The Government Services IPT Team successfully prepared RFPs for both projects in early 2011. Government Services IPT provided numerous cost deduct alternatives and bidding strategies, resulting in a final bid within contract funds. Design build contracts have been awarded, and Government Services IPT will continue to provide services throughout the Design/Build phase.

The Richard L. Roudebush Indianapolis VA Medical Center, located 2 miles northwest of the heart of downtown Indianapolis, has been serving Indiana Veterans since 1932. As Indiana's tertiary care facility, Indianapolis VA Medical Center receives referrals from VA facilities at Ft. Wayne and Marion, Indiana, and Danville, Illinois. Indianapolis VA Medical Center provides acute inpatient medical, surgical, psychiatric, neurological, and rehabilitation care, as well as both primary and specialized outpatient services.
